Logan's 1st Grade Field Trip

First grade goes on a transportation field trip.  The plan was to take a bus to the train station, ride the train to the city, hop on the ferry to go to Coronado Island, have a picnic lunch at the park, ride the bus to the airport to watch some planes, then head back to school on the bus.  Sadly, plans to ride the ferry were scrapped because a cruise ship was unexpectedly blocking the ferry from running when the school arrived.  But that just meant extra time playing at the park during lunch.  The kids had a great time.  I didn't get to go on the field trip, but I was able to join Logan for lunch at the park.  It happened to be a beautiful day on the coast (no surprise there!).
