Logan's First Shoes

Here in his stroller, Logan is sporting his first pair of real shoes. Up until this point we have been letting him wear leather moccasins, but now he is starting to use regular shoes. We have been going to lots of parks since the weather has been not as hot. He loves to play outside as much as possible. His babble isn't too understandable yet, but he has a few regular words including "thank you", "uh-oh", and "Chomp" (or dog, we can't tell but we know it is in relation to the dog!). His eating and stomach are still improving. We had a little setback over the weekend, but recovered quickly! Last night he only woke up one time, which is amazing for him! Hopefully we will see more nights of sleep! Logan has also moved to a booster seat at the kitchen table. Sometimes for really messy things he will still sit in his highchair, but he loves being at the table with everyone. Seth was addicted to his sippy cup as a toddler, but Logan insists on using a real cup. This can make quite a wet mess, even with just a sip of water in the cup, but usually Logan does extremely well with his cups. It seems that he is growing up quickly now that he is starting to feel better and hit the toddler years!

Glad to hear that Logan is doing better, but it sounds like "better" is still not necessarily "good". I hope that comes soon, too.
And kids learning to eat spaghetti and drink by themselves from a cup - that is something that I'm glad parents (but not grandparents) have to handle.
